    Description

The Facing Trauma toolkit is designed to help youth professionals support children and adolescents who have experienced difficult situations like abuse, neglect, unstable (home) environments, or crises such as conflicts and natural disasters. It provides simple tools to explore important topics like trauma, stress, self-care and emotions in a way that’s easy to use with different target groups. With playful exercises, the toolkit makes it easier for children to cope with their feelings and behaviours, while remaining practical and easy for youth professionals to use.

The toolkit includes educational posters, a manual with games and activities, audio stories & instructions and an online training, designed to deepen understanding of trauma’s impact and guide sensitive responses.

You can join the webinar on Thursday 16 October from 11-12AM CET on Zoom.
