Sofie Jacobs is an Associate Professor of Talent Development and Academic Director at Antwerp Management School. She specializes in sustainable careers and lifelong learning, with a focus on flexible talent management. Marleen Deleu

Marleen Deleu is the founder of NextConomy, a platform that helps organizations develop effective Total Talent Management strategies. Her work advocates for integrating all talent, internal and external, into an organization’s HR strategy. Marleen provides insights on how businesses can leverage the full spectrum of talent, including contingent workers, to create a unified workforce strategy.
